design forum is small with 8-10 employ are worked in firm in gurgaon and here is good environment for the working and opportunities and responsibilities for project are two good to learn new things in the project which help to your c.v improvement.

Dislikes

incentives and compentation is very low and increment of employ salary is also low.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
