The work pressure is to high sometimes, i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night.etc

The descon is a wide company that working different type of construction such building of heavy construction hauses , roads and dams and any one related construction . Descon mostly takes the contractors from goverment and interernational agents. So since the descon's working , and my specific proffosional are same that the reason behend to work as gethering a long time .
