Projects were good, even though it is a service based company but it will give you challenging and interesting development projects. You learn a lot while working here

Dislikes

You won't get appreciated for your work, the appraisal cycle takes 1.5 years for freshers which is too long, Sometime you may work all alone in a project and feel like you are not even a part of the company.

Get to work on multiple projects and get to learn a lot. Training process teaches you a lot of things although it is a bit difficult. Some managers are really good.

Dislikes

They won't appreciate your efforts, if working remotely you will feel like you are not a part of company and working as a freelancer. Training period drains away your confidence, some client projects requires you to be available at night time.

One of the best working cultures I have ever experienced. A good place to learn all new technologies. Work is always a priority but here fun has weightage too.

- The seniors (after training) are awesome. They are very supportive and friendly - No politics. One can directly contact even the CEO of the company if he does not feel heard. CEO is super chill. - You can work on new technology like blockchain since a lot of company projects are on blockchain - Pay is not bad for Indore

Dislikes

I will be very direct here. The training is VERY hard. Like, they need to ease it a little, for new college students they have to learn a lot of things in a small amount of time. The Friday food should have some choices, it is always the same. I feel like the entry-level salary is low.FOR THE LAST TIME, ADD A CAFE! :P...Read More
