Nothing to like. Just an outsourcing company whose only motive is to sell people to their clients. Follows unethical practices at every step.

Dislikes

No job security at all. They are just hiring blindly without a plan and then just fire the people within 1 -2 months if they don't get them clients. Should be last choice for anyone if they are having somethings else. They are just trying to make money by fooling there own employeesand there own clients. Everyday over here is like being under a truck load of pressure no work life balance and absolutely zero job security....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
