The most important thing about this company is its culture. The culture here is all-inclusive and promotes learning and growth while having fun. The company has an open door policy whereby employees can openly discuss new ideas, problems with their management. So far it has been a professionally fulfilling experience.

There is nothing I dislike about Deqode. However if I were to mention something I would say the dining room could be redecorated :)

I liked that I met some good people, from whom I got to learn a lot.

They have rules which applies to all except few, clearly they are biased. Very quick to cut your salary if you miss even 1 day going to office out of 3 days. I was laid off without any severance. They believe in WFO but their office infra is poor, I remember facing lot of wifi issues especially. Nothing to like. No Respect. Do not follow their own policies or rules. Just doing fraud with their own employees and clients.

Everyday feels like you are getting more anxiety and stress. (No work life balance) And there is no way out other than leaving the organization. No Job security. For every employee there is a new story (lies, drama) for their client to manipulate them and getting more money from them.
