Only thing they are good at is tricking candidate joining organisation basis false Job description. Candidate interview for one position & upon joining handed over other position. Your mental torture begin from there only.

Please don't join Finance Department. It is so toxic that you will regret joining it. Please save your mental being & career, I had committed mistake , I don’t want you to go through that same torture. Filthy politics in finance department will not just screw your ability of delivering best performance but also you will be constantly targeted, humiliated in their weekly meetings<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The company is new in India & setting its foot hold in Indian market. Earlier Team was small as company directly handled MT only, very recently from last 3 months company has started handling GT also. Being the organisation new in India therefore the employees are also relatively new. Training is one part that is missing because of HR team not settling down. Job security as of now dont seems to be any issue. Being an MNC work culture & environment is good . Work Life balance is also good. Travel policies as at par with Industry standards....Read More

Too many things happens at one time, being new in market they take very sudden decisions & reverse the same in no time. Difficult to understand the strategy & policies of the company.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
