I dislike when companies do everything for employees, yet they: 1. Don't appreciate efforts 2. Spread rumors or negativity after leaving Despite this, the company still supports them.

Employees are very friendly in nature and the CEO of the Company really is a nice person

Micro managing, no communication between the management. 6 days working each and every employee mentioned that it should be reduced but still no change.
