Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Managers are very supportive and give guidance.

Dislikes

There should be 5 days working as all reputed companies are 5 days working. Salary as per the work profile & experience is less. There is no cafeteria so we face issue in working hrs to go out for food. DTO process for the customers is very slow. As customer compare from Amazon & gets angry on that.
