I like the japanese work culture.

Its looks great from the outside to be working with Denso, but once you start working in here. The feeling start to diminish, I don't blame the company but the Indian people who are working here and are making & moulding the environment in a totally "DESI" company, 95% People have joined Denso as their first job rest of the 5% are from the outside and know where the flaws are but endup being a part of the herd....All in all its a good company if you want "Sarkari" environment but if you really are looking forward to make something out of your potential then I am afraid this one is not ment for you....Read More
