Work life is quite good. I have learnt alot in my entire duration. Seniors are supportive in some extent. But work & personal life balancing is not good. Lot of work load in Production engineering department.

Over discipline culture Strictly fixed timings, salary cut if late No short leave policy Indians will do & agree on anything which Japanese says(Indian mentality) Terrible Micro-monitoring No WFH Less Diwali bonus Less Excretia(annually) Average increment No sports, no game room, gym, any playing courtyard. Can’t go outside from company’s premises for any short break.
