The customer reviews are usually nice as the service provided is satisfactory. There are no delays in the salary. You receive it on time every month. Also, you receive bonus in a regular interval.

I have been working for almost 3 years now and I haven't received an increment in my salary. There is no facility for PF which could be financially useful later.

I need to reach the office at around 9-10 am. The work is almost full day as customers can call at night as well asking their doubts and problems. So, there is less work-life balance and overall I would say that it's a fair experience.
