It's pathetic company .Your ideas doesn't matter to them .If you raised your voice for anything then you will be out .only good thing about this company is CEO .He is really good person .but unfortunately he don't have any control on the politics going behind him

Dislikes

Job security .They can hire and fire you any time they want, So don't waste your time . Under name of Data science , you will end up doing nothing more that Excel and SQL.

flexible timing (monday to friday) good experience with management, colleagues now management working good work for very good client working env is very good best part of company is, "CEO" he is very supportive

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
