Deluxe has a rich culture of interaction on a daily basis amongst several departments and the employees are extremely friendly and open to discuss and educate each other about the job roles and have a good working dynamic.

Dislikes

Though processes, work assignments and workflows are well-defined, the implementation falls short. The hierarchical structure is not very open to criticisms or allow new changes to existing methods.

It is truly a non-sensible and a non-technical company, if you are reading this please don't ruin your career by getting stuck for 2-3 years for the peanuts they pay. The people who are working with 5+ years are absolute dumbf***s with 0 skills Your mind would go blank after 1 year and tend to forget even the basic skills you acquired At last, be ready to get fired without any prior notice

Everything from interview to exit. I’m fortunate to leave the company by myself rather than being fired like 60% of their employees get for no good reason. Job security is NILL Extreme politics. You cannot survive if you value self respect From HR to higher level management , everyone is biased. They all have their favourites. - Pay is seriously dissatisfactory. Serious contribution by individuals are turned back on so as to not pay per the effort input. - Favouritism - Hiring people with less skill to catch up on things or get trained on. - Firing spree.

It is an easy job but you have to achieve targets and that puts pressure.

It’s monotonous. You don’t get to learn anything new. When you switch to another company your experience here might be invalid because the training you received here is just meant for this. So 0 chances of upskilling. Lot of favouritism. Only bootlickers get promoted, if at all they promote. Also what they usually do is, they hire people, and give a raise after a year and then lay them off saying production is low and then hire freshers for the same job for a lesser pay.
