Operation manager Avdhut is not good person, instead of building a team he play politics with Managers, when he fail in his task he put blame to other manager, even if you finish your work he will harrase and torcher you for other department work.

I'm working in deluxe caterers pvt.ltd from last 2years and 4 months.Overall experience is good.I would like to thanks to Mr. Pratik patil sir, he's supporting me all time. If i get more chance to joined copper chimeny i should joined.

Their manager doesn't promoted to staff, because the manager should give the staff a chance to grow their career to go ahead for example my manager sajan Francis. Because of i was resignation for this job, I want grow in my career. I had to do that management trainee job but i had to cast resignation because of that management

My overall experience is good, because of i got to learn a lot. I remember pratik sir used to come for training everyday.we got to learn a lot from them, and I will have his benifit for my career ahead.i would like to thanks that i got a chance to do that
