I work in the Pan-asian section as a commis 3 chef. As it is what I am interested in I love workng in that environment. There are lots of things to learn as the kitchen serves food from various different countries in the Asian continent. The work culture in the kitchen is really good as everything has to be perfect in its own way because it is a speciality restaurant.

Dislikes

The salary that the hotel is providing is very less. And its the complaint of every single employee in the hotel.

Work Details

Work is quite stressful but I have to go and give my 100% every day. Being a speciality kitchen it demands a lot of perfection in the work. Which in turn shapes my work and makes me more disciplined and perfect in my work.
