I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Zero, They remove Human Assets in a Day, As if Human Assets are like Garbage, Managers kept on CCTV and Tracked by Google as if Delta has bought them as Slave, No Promotion, No increment in 41/2 Years, Zero Payments on Time, Only Targets and False Verbal Promises, Only Liabilities, No Compensation, Persons working limited hours are enjoying the life, Worst life for Tech Heads 🙏🙏🙏

No Respect for Tech Heads and Signatories, They work like Agents not as Professional Valuers
