Compensation is decent, growth is high. The work pressure is very high. Some times, I have worked 13 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client/user calls some times late into the night.
Work Details
I will get recognized for all this effort. All the travel involed gets a little hectic sometimes. As long as I get to work closely with client, it will be a great learning experience.
