- If rating is good, hikes are great - work culture is okay - things are smooth if you ‘network’ with right people

Dislikes

- work life balance can get skewed towards work too much many times - Lobbying in the name networking - Selective recognition (someone’s good work may be given a cold shoulder to highlight someone else’s mediocre work) - Management quality is on the decline as the organisation is expanding

Work Details

There are bad and good times depending on which phase project is in. Development phase usually is a death march. Maintenance phase is light.
