Pay was really good. It was above the market.

Dislikes

They would speak sweetly yo cover outside world. But when it comes to reality they will turn your life up side down. Words don't alignment with their actions. For last 1 year I worked for more than 11 hours per day.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Likes

The work culture and the personnel are really good and encouraging. There was a lot of exposure to different types of clients, ranging from small and private companies to large MNCs.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is average as best since the working timings are odd most of the time. Late nights and working on weekends are the norm.
