Almost nothing, the culture is like page 3 of newspapers. People do not respect each other and there is cut throat competition due to quarterly appraisal cycles which are not constructive and vague. The variable bonus can really be zero.
The post resignation document retrieval process is a pain and am still chasing for my last month’s salary. The basic documents and payslips are not transferable once you resign since you can no longer send any e mail to your mail ID. Post 2 months of your resignation, if your new employer asks for any set of information from Deloitte, they refuse to share quoting policy. The payslip is very confusing and quotes unnecessary details. Additionally the total working hours always exceeds the quoted, so if anyone plans on joining Deloitte, please forget work life balance. Politics and favouritism. Lack of senior managements involvement in listening to peoples concerns. An ethics team is there only to form policies and not to implement when someone raises a concern against any employee. Only the talks of inclusion and no retaliation policies.
