Bad company I have ever worked in. bad management actually there is no such management.Naveen Rao is all blind and his wife charu, She Only shout on employees and treat everyone like a servant They hire good resource from the market and they don't know how to get work from them and after few months they fired them by making performance issues. They do not believe in doing any full n final settlement coz accounts department don't know how to do calculations and Naveen Rao doesn't believe in giving money. They have a very supportive accounts team - that's the only positive thing.

Dislikes

They are highly unprofessional and do not trust any employee. The Directors wife is a nightmare to work with and she treats every employee like dirt and is horrible in her behavior.

There's no career growth for the beginners. And not paying enough salary as the candidate wants as per their profile. Also there's no growth in salary also
