Hello. Glad to share my beautiful journey with Della as a Dellaite. Started in 2011 as a Front Office Executive to an Asst Front Desk Manager to a Duty Manager to a Manager on duty to now as a Resort Manager. A big shout out to Mr Jimmy Mistry for recognising my hardwork and giving me these wonderful opportunities to grow and still growing. Was responsible for an inventory of 30 rooms back in 2011 to our current inventory of 255 rooms as a Resort Manager in the rooms division and still expanding. Have seen multiple people come and go but what remains the same is our vision to grow, to be No. 1 in the industry and the valued culture of Della under the leadership of our respected CMD Mr Jimmy Mistry and the senior management team who are always ready to guide and stand by each one of us and the team through all ups and downs. Della comprises of 1600 dellaites who are just not employees but are taught to be and behave like an owner and a leader. So Am I an owner and a leader of and for my team, "Della." Taking up new assignments and additional responsibilities on my shoulders is what I have been doing and to add to it, have always been given the freedom to successfully accomplish the same and also consider myself fortunate as my seniors are the ones who guide and share their view in helping me complete it in a better way with accuracy. Currently Working as an Asst Front Office Manager with Della Adventure and Resorts Pvt Ltd, also proudly known as a Dellaite since 2013. Have seen and grown with the company when we were at 122 keys back in 2013 to 255 keys as of today. One of the best qualities inculcated amongst all across the organization that keeps me going allthe time is the open door policy followed by all starting from our MD, Mr Mistry to the top management, that only helps in frequent self appraisals by receiving an honest opinion about each assignment and new learnings on a daily basis. A happy and a healthy work environment is what I experience day in and day out because we believe in fun at work. Leadership qualities and thinking like an owner is what helps me overcome all hurdles and successfully perform daily operations. Nothing & i repeat Nothing if you don't get your pay and you don't have money you still get to eat food in Mess its a ration ka khana for poor people but you can still eat it
