Working under Jimmy Mistry sir is a great experience. His energy and vision are so inspiring. I have worked on many TV shows, series and films and never thought that anyone can give me creative liberty as production houses does give but Della Leaders Club are a step ahead and very supportive and Management give freedom to me on creative experiment. I am from Bengal and wasn't aware of Della Group until one day my friend informed me about the ongoing hirings at Della Leaders Club. I gave interview, test and got hired. My wife is from Pune and she knew about Della Resorts. She was delighted with my latest job. Salary and compensation is far better than other companies. Not typical corporate office. Everyone including senior management knows each and every staff. And they are very cordial to each other. It has been six months I am working here. Every day I learn something new here.
