They give you all Responsibilities and make you Incharge and give you chance to learn so many things.

Company have no Patience after give you Responsibilities they want work complete as soon as possible, and there have some old staff they are working in Della more then 10 to 15 years and I am telling you they are the actual reason behind all staff who left Della. Because that staff will not help you in your work they always Pinch you and try to throw out form the work site. Salary is delay but it's not a issue actual problem is Salary is not Confirmed I mean to say that after every 2 months when salary is going to be happen if Della fired you, you just forget our Salary its mean Company will not give you a single Rupees. In Della one special thing will happen you each and every single day your every superior will encourage you with Bed words (Gali Ji han Gali) They give Gali like they giveng you Blessings. Della Mam is the only Person who have a Good Heart in the entire Organization she Help me when my Pregnant wife is in trouble, she release my 1 and half months of salary, but she still have my 15 days of Salary because of that older staff who Misguide to Della Mam. Della adventure and resort company internal politics are much, and working environment is also poor because of no time management and no work as per designation.
