Over all if you can work as a machine with codes to run as per feed with out your own opinion this is a place for you. They will promise you perks like incentives but you will never get any of them. Best part the day you decide to put down your papers things will turn all against you, now suppose you work here for a year and then you decide to quit. For a year you meet your targets and are eligible for the incentives but they wont release the incentives on time and then when you leave they will deny your hard earned perks saying that you are no longer a part of the firm.
