At one point in my time at Delivery Centric, I sensed that there was an opportunity for an increase in my pay. I then later let Delivery Centric and the General manager know how I felt and I was surprised with their response. They immediately resolved my issue which gave me a sense of assurance in my job. Good opportunity to be a part of a closely knit team. Platform to learn a lot and get exposure much faster than most other organizations. Management is transparent with majority of the decisions and is also open to recommendations most of the times. Company policies are straight forward and not complicated. Salaries are paid on or before time.
