Delhivery follow unconstitutional practices to make life of people leaving their organization miserable. Hr is useless. They are just for show piece. Managers treat you like a slave and expect you to follow their order without asking questions. This place is worst than hell. Manager will force you to work on weekends. In return you will get just more work. Also their exit policy is shit they have lieu of pay notice period clause but even if you die and your family member is dieing they will ask you to serve complete notice period. If you try to seek help from Hr will disappear and act like it does not exist. It's management is run by egoist, incompetent, toxic and evil people. Working with delhivery is good but working for their FCs it like you only have job the reason behind I’m saying is you won’t get time to spend time for you, you get the calls at home , while travelling even on your weekends

The company has a very flat hirarchy where you can reach out to almost everyone including the Senior Leadership team. The exposure in terms cross functional teams is also brilliant Most of the people think of Google/FB/Tesla as their dream companies but for a lot of people its Delhivery.
