Too much work load, 6 days work week, can hardly take any leaves that you have, expected to be active on Sundays and holidays, poor company culture, nothing is being done to improve work life of employees which is worsening each day. Work Details

The job is quite mundane, same repetitive tasks everyday. People are helpful but the work load is too much. I personally work 12-14 hrs for 6 days a week and everyone I know here works at least this much. It is too much work and not rewarding at all.
