No work life balance , terrible presure and unethically practices , tourture on the name of presure resignation , not supprt in appraisal, boss takes toooo much of disadvantages and do not fulfill then the put under pnp with no reason, have very terrible and bad mentall situation for work

I am executive but my senior manager assigned me in which are tl/manager level work, like different sheet updating etc LM/FM/HUB/IB/OB etc, but did not getting enough salary/appraisal basis of work, also not getting promotion. Our senior manager hiring his relatives who are freshers.

It's one of the worst company manager or giving full pressure to executive because of they got 50k above salary so that they put over pressure and also they don't know the work on dhelivery through the manager and asking more questions regarding company one of the worst company and don't survey here it's waste of time only.
