On of the worst experience with this organisation specially with manager, cheap and riskshaw pullers mentally in HR in UP. Unprofessional are working here in terma or HR too. Delhivery boys HR manager bne baithe hai. They dont know how to treat with employees and repotees. Fully Micro management atmosphere. Always you listen "reigned the Job" from ur manager. All gud but need to trained the existing HR team member of UP, reason behind they are sitting here about more than 5 year, so they decided that * unke baap ka company h*. Even no one take action on the dropping mails too. They feels so insecure to give response on mails.
