Nothing is good in this company, there is no work culture, no timings for last mile employees. Big zero.

Dislikes

There is no fixed office hours. There is more than 12 hours nearly 18 hours of work no over time is provided. Very low basic salary for last mile workers. There will be more pressure in BBD. Company only thinks about profit nothing about the workers/employees.

Company Accha hai lekin waha ka kuch seniors bohot kharab hai specially mai jo centre me thi , Female employees ka kuch bhi respect nhi hai , safety nhi hai . Waha ka work environment bohot kharab hai . Slangs use hota hai Bohot Ganda Ganda, Bohot unnecessary Ganda baat karta hai wo log. Aur including managers & incharge karta hai .Aur time ka to kuch thik hi nhi hai , in time fixed hai 7am , lekin out time 12/13 hours per day hota tha (9:30/10pm ) , Ek female employee ko continuously 7/8 hours per day khada raheke dispatches karna ,weight shipments sab uthana parta tha kyuki fast operations chalana hai. Uske baad system ka sab kaam khatam karke nikalti thi , kabhi bhi wo log Ek female employees ko time pe ghar nhi jaane deta hai . The way of working is not professional. All the senior officers are non-professional.The policies of the company are not in the interest of the staff and the HR of the company does not listen to the problems of the staff.

All team members are friendly and every metrics are very strict and during handling operation there are many equipments which is very usable and its very good for productivity. Overall it's a good workplace.

Dislikes

We should more curious about health and safety. Every GCs should aware about it and company should visit every werehouse to check near miss possibilities and which of the things or equipments are not for docks and manpowers.

If i honestly say then there was nothing to do like except this company was paying me. Even when i quite the company in Feb/2022 till today am not receive a single penny as F&F. Still my F&F is hold in the company and denied to me for me by lying that one assets is missing from my Dc(Centre where i was working). Gained a lot of experience in a very short span in terms of logistics. The job as TL in Last Mile Operations is challenging, especially when all field work depends on the manpower. It is not really easy to manage every parameter smoothly in Last Mile.

One thing I dislike is that off-role employees are not made on-role even after 2-3 years, despite their performance. This practice should be reconsidered to recognize and reward employees for their contributions.

Working with delhivery is good but working for their FCs it like you only have job the reason behind I’m saying is you won’t get time to spend time for you, you get the calls at home , while travelling even on your weekends

Payroll team because whenever you try to correct for the attendance correction they ask to share the D’s approval, how will director know whether the person who’s present or not and even after getting the approval still we get the LOPs and then again we have to get the approvals and the LOP will create to your bank for the next month salary cycle and then we again get the LOP for the next month and this goes on...Read More

Just a usual tech-enabled company with crappy products. Their recent launch, the so-called "OS1" is terrible. God knows what they are building out. The company do not respect talent and just relies on tech labourers to build their "just-working" and sub-standard tech products

The HR of the TPD is useless. I would advice the upper management to remove the entire team and still see no impact. They are that useless

The company has a very flat hirarchy where you can reach out to almost everyone including the Senior Leadership team. The exposure in terms cross functional teams is also brilliant Most of the people think of Google/FB/Tesla as their dream companies but for a lot of people its Delhivery.

Some say that the workload can be heavy, especially during peak periods, which can make it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
