For folks who never had any people management, team management or on the ground execution related work ex...they can try manager / Sr Manager/ director role..experience of handling operations at scale...experience can be useful for other startups if that is what you want to do

Very less learning environment for a startup... very employee unfriendly culture..high work load work stress environment...low caliber startup kind of management / leadership...including till top ...all C suite included....not policy oriented...very high Flux and uncertain environment in terms of work we do as well as the job security itself....better to avoid if you are high caliber guy and can get other offers...Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
