Working as a Teacher in Delhi Public School,Gaya was possibly my worst decision that I could ever make. I believe being a Teacher you should be respectful and should be respected at the same time. The H.M of Pre Primary Department is a complete bully and lacks professionalism . She plans and plots everything with her favourite ClassRepresentative. She taunts, threatens and even uses abusive languages. I was mentally tortured and harrassed for the things that I did not even commit. I was so traumatized that I even tried to address my issue many times via mail to the pro vice Chairman but, I did not get any response back from him. During signing their agreement policy , it was clearly mentioned that "The management will take serious action if any member of the school is mentally tortured or bullied!" I believe it was all a huge lie. You should be very careful while choosing this school for your career development because, if you end it on a bad note even the HR will try destroy your career by putting some serious allegations....Read More
