I would specifically mention that while joining every policy and terms were clear to me. Management is very transparent in their policy , so you can have faith on them. Staff is also free to leave after serving notice period. Overall if you are honest then same will be given to you.

This is one of the best schools to work in. If you are here for the feedback of DPS Gaya then you can trust the management for your growth. The staff are very supportive. they give you lots of additional facilities without any charges.

A very good exposure and very nice working environment

Dislikes

Colleagues are not supportive.They have a very different type of political competition among the department trying to emerge as the best suppressing others very badly.School Authority is not at supportive.

Work Details

A lot of work is to be done everyday.The Class teacher is responsible for each and every thing for the students. A very long and frequent meetings take place every twice a week.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
