There is nothing to like about this ace. It’s pathetic. It’s a jail. Principal Balmit Kaur is a dictator. She has no heart, no manners, no skills. Ruthless rowdy.

Dislikes

EVERTHING AND EVERYONE. All the jananas and jananis are working here. Owner and the principal are psychopaths who feel satisfied by torturing women employees. They shout and abuse at teachers every other day. You can lose your mental health working here. Pregnant women are forced to take classes upstairs. No empathy, no growth. If you love your life, don’t work here.

The only perks is that of getting salary but at the cost of your mental health which definitely would get you in some sort of psychiatric ward.

Dislikes

The process of interview, lets begin with that. Incase you wish to join mid-session you'd secure an Ad-hoc position which is less paying, this is never advertised or certained before hand. This won't even be mentioned/concealed until you nearly join. Second, the tedious long 4-5 rounds of interview that you won't know what basis/skill you are being tested upon. There is no clarity if its a panel round of knowledge based test or an HR round. There is obvious concealment of the nature of rounds, wherein sometimes they suggest it would just be an interaction with the heads of respective cluster schools but you'd find yourself in a faculty interview. The repetition of interview stages. The degradation/humiliation you'd be witnessing as they do not follow up with responses and wish for you to ask them at every step. Very unprofessional for a name as big as it is. They will mistake your willing to work for helplessness. The Principal is a shrewd wicked woman with no ethics, morals or humaneness. There is dirty politics even after the final interaction and succeeding in it, as they change your pay scale with no assurance of it getting better just vague words which shouldn't be trusted. The Principal definitely has some insecurity with deserving candidates or takes saddistic pleasure, a sweet talker who will ignore you while you are in a conversation with her and belittle you just by her body language. Such a big name for an institution that wants to hire exceptional candidates of high qualification for PRT grade which is good for students but they can't afford to give respect to the candidates or their employees. The number of people leaving each year/month is evidence why they have to conduct interviews each year for appointment and mid-session appointments as well. I rose to Principal's position in less than a decade; I owe my success to DPS since the institution provided me the requisite exposure and platform to grow in my career. DPS values merit. Discipline is for all the stakeholders. Hence, work life balance follows.
