Likes

Great for learning to work in a large school with huge number of students. Strong guidance leads to perfection at work and at the same time teachers get enough freedom to teach in their own style. Job security is a plus though salary is poor.

Dislikes

Immense work pressure with barely any personal time and work life balance. Expected to fulfil many other roles besides teaching. Teacher is expected to do admin work, finance, data entry, counselling, PR and many more roles on a day to day basis.
