Dislikes

there is no con's in Delhi eye centre because Dr. Ikeda Lal has very helpful supportive nature.

the working environment is pretty good dr. Harbansh Lal is very supportive to implement new ideas i getting all kind of support from management team.

Dislikes

i don't think such as negative point since 2 years of working time.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
