No job security. Eventhough it's a great place to work certified, it's one of the worst places to work. No SOPs. Too much manual work. Agri tech company with no tech inclination. Too much politics. Only managers, no leaders. HR is only good for hiring and firing purposes. Attrition rate is so high that even HR can't get off the phone. Management has no clue on how to run the business. People staying here for more than 2 years are either too much into the comfort zone or brain dead. There is a guilt trip if u work less than 10 hrs a day.
