One of a kind product, when you have either less competion and a terrible quality of product then its easy to survive for 40 years. DT is such a cmpany where learning is good but that learning wont be helping you to secure a different job in market.

Appraisals are as good as a helper in shop floor, because your immediate manager will be practicing for a year to block the entire amount for himself, also some under the table benifits for them to keep their mouth mum in front of the management.

Senior Management is very helpful.. But when it comes to appraisal they are less interested and also some of managers are need to examine are they productive enough or just passing their time? many of them working for more then 15 years but professionalism and perfection in job doesn't match with experience.

The job is quite interesting, struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a tasteof different roles within the same team.
