One of a kind product, when you have either less competion and a terrible quality of product then its easy to survive for 40 years. DT is such a cmpany where learning is good but that learning wont be helping you to secure a different job in market.

ONE MAN SHOW. by this line it is easily understandable what is wrong with the company, although it is a pvt ltd company but its working culture is like a proprietor based. either way you can only survive when you adapt yourself to say YES SIR everytime. that one man show person keeps the track of your time to leave the office.
