Deckor has a fast-paced yet breathable work environment which is fun to be in. It is not your regular workplace, but rather very experimental in terms of culture and operations. Deckor has been an excellent company to work at. Being a small business, the teams are able to quickly get acquainted with the day-to-day operations. With a fast-paced work culture, there's more room for growth among many other positives. The team members are supportive and helpful while welcoming newcomers. Additionally, the working hours are flexible while at times, it may stretch out a bit. The office environment is fun and expansive with the benefits of healthy home-cooked food and tea breaks. Sometimes wearing too many hats can also be equally exhausting and fruitful- the beauty of working in a startup! Also, I'd advise the management to be more receptive to taking feedback.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
