Work from home have been practised since pandemic situation arrived.Excellent support of co-workers and a lot to learn from seniors.

Develop a software tool Plumb5 by using .Net framework(C#,Javascript,HTML5,CSS) MVC structure and maintain database changes in SQL.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
