Above average increments vs the industry provided a person has been able to take more responsibility vs before. Best in class methodologies/models are used to drive insights/projects All the clients are massive multinational firms Thinking on how to groom people for higher roles. Career path is clearly defined and customized for all employees Regular parties and yearly outstation trip

Clients and growth are the most important priority for the company which can take a toll sometimes on the employees

The experience has been great as I have been with the company for 5 years now. I am aware of quite a few analytical tools/techniques having been able to work on a variety of strategy and turnkey projects.
