Job is almost secured. Work culture is not up to mark. No SLA for any task. If your position is lowest in hierarchy then you have to suffer for everything. Company policies are not transparent. Management done changes without discussions or polling. Mangement will listen your each and everything and also give you assurance for good things will happen but till the good times start you will get frustrated with work load and Management excuses for everything....Read More

Work load, work culture, no appreciations, no expected hikes, not even complete commitments. Fake commitments. They will listen each and everything what you want to say and assure you that things will be fix in sometime but no action and they will find another way to prove that your demand is incorrect or you are not eligible or they will say we had internal discussion, we will tell you thing soon but never you get any update....Read More

Work Details

Work life is very poor, as per paper work timing is 10 AM to 7 PM but actually no timings. Even you have to work continuous 20 hours sometime. Daily atleast you have to work around 11 hours.
