Educated employee working in plant like helper. Housekeeping in plant. Politics in plant. favouritism always in plant they don't judge with work. Hazardous chemicals.

1) Here employees are considered as helpers by there manager. 2) stressful culture were everyday someone is fighting to somebody because of work load. 3) You feel helpless and uncomfortable. 4) Dangerous chemicals but we have to work in unsafe condition. 5) In the end of the shift you feel fully tired because of mental and physicalstress. 6) This stress can affect you personal life. 7) in plant called MPP-1, continuous change over makes us confused about process, and that's why incident happened. 8) Company has DCS but still field person is only doing work like helper and continuous work until shift end. 9) bad working culture. 10) Personally they don't care about your health. All this my personal experiences are from plant called MPP. So if you are lucky, don't come to MPP. Other than place where you work, overall company is good....Read More

For freshers, it is a good learning platform. T&E team is excellent. But experienced people may not feel interesting. Work load will be a bit high. Some times you need to work on weekends also. I have learnt lot of things which are essential for a typical chemical engineer. Food(lunch and dinner) is best.

Safety standards are high there is no compromise regarding safety.best industrial automation company, we will able to understand how different departments work together collectively to achieve production. I learnt management skills here

Technology is very good. I didn't find such an infrastructure in any other company till now. They spend more money on equipment.

Dislikes

The HR dept is the worst part of Deccan. It's not helpful at all. They don't see us like employees also. They don't know how to talk even. No work life balance. No work culture. No proper food also. (Curries qty is also limited, I have never seen such thing in any other company).
