Nothing is good about Decathlon. Previously I was working in Decathlon but some teammates are harrassing me and I comparing about this things to Operation leader name - Tarun Kumar Tangilla but no one no one not a single person did not took any kind of action against that thing. And you know what one person name - Soumyadeep Ghosh told me do not f**k arround me infront of othe experienced teammates and infront of all the customer and you know Decathlon why he told me this f**ng word because he always came late and that day he came at 9 o'clock and went in 6 o'clock then I asked about why you are doing this then he told me I have teammates so I can do this then I told him then everyone will doing this this is wrong and he told me the offensive word infront of every one. Before I left this company I was AFS referent I n Decathlon Erumanzil, Hyderabad it was my first time but every one gave me too much pressure but it's ok I did work on my wf day. Then before I left this company I was suffered from Dengue but on that day also One teammates Name - Rama Gangam she scolded me because that I didn't conduct any kind of game that day was my first period and my first day of Dengu I was literally very weak and she scolded me infront of every one why Decathlon why is this your work culture and you know no one Evn No one seen my message when I left Hyderabad no one called me and no one called me after resigned also is this your work culture Decathlon....Read More

Hey Decathlon Listen carefully I am a girl I am gonna sue this company ok and this fcking word which I used because I want to see you how your teammates behaved with me because no one listen me. I promise decathlon whatever You do with me I have prove not only me so many people are there like me i am gonna use them. I like sport leader conpect, more over omni sport leader and good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and will planned management transparent. Good company policies .
