Good Working Environment.. I am very lucky to join and work here.. I have seen other companies they will Terminate the nonperformer employees Directly, but in this Debtcare in Covid Pandemic also they never left employees, they km provided Work From Home Facilities.. Manager(Nandini.M) She is the one who referred me, because of sheI'm in this Designation.. I'm very thankful to her for this opportunity, She is an Motivating, Guiding and Kind Hearted Woman... Whenever I go with any problem will come back with great solution from her... She is not only a Manager she will treat employees as Friendly... She is one of my Great Supporter.. I'm glad to be part of Debtcare family.i loved my experience at DC.i have had many jobs and never have I been treated the way I am treated here. The company runs on trust and transparency and this provides a feeling of mutual respect for everyone in the company, regardless of position or rank. There is an open-door policy that makesme feel like I can express any concerns I have and I know they will be heard and considered instead of ignored and shrugged off. The team-building exercises we do each month also really help to connect us as a company so we are a team working towards the same goal instead of separate departments ignoring one another. I m working since 10 years with Debt care family.. Debt care has produced soo many Managers in the collection industry.. Debt care also given a opportunities to soo many people. Some are settled in their own business and some are working in banks. Always supportive. My Boss won't pressure on me to come and do work at office. Management said you can do work from home as they kept trust on me. They have given full salary and doing my work under terms and conditions.

Dislikes

They are not releasing incentives on their words. Working environment is not like a corporate office. One of the Hdfc portpolio head is pressuring employee's and not giving full salaries who ever not performing well.
