I have seen other companies they will Terminate the nonperformer employees Directly, but in this Debtcare in Covid Pandemic also they never left employees, they km provided Work From Home Facilities.. Manager(Nandini.M) She is the one who referred me, because of sheI'm in this Designation.. I'm very thankful to her for this opportunity, She is an Motivating, Guiding and Kind Hearted Woman... I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
