Dislikes

Lots of politics, they cheated me, lack of transparency, gossip, lack of accountability and maturity. Do not work here, would not recommend

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Dr Anand Deshpande is working for good cause.

Dislikes

Management is favouring few staff members. Lot's of politics in office Rule's are different for favourite staff ,salary and facilities also. Mental harresment by management. They cheated me on Notice period and compensations.

I learnt everything on my own. No support from Reporting Manager. Never arrange any system related training. Never involved in meeting or just ignored all inputs.
