Company treats employees as machines, they just play with employees. No work life balance, no job security, no ethics, biased management. Never go to this Company, neither as customer nor employee.

Very few pros to speak of. You can get to be a part of several projects, majority of which the company is ill equipped to successfully execute and sustain

- Lack of seriousness : No focus on tech despite being an e-commerce company; there is no competitive differentiation, social commerce is just a buzzword - Leadership at all levels are not up to the mark in quality/ execution; Proceedings are largely dictated and micromanaged by founders who are rigid and inflexible - Toxic work culture with nobody taking a stand for what is right - Sub par work quality, lack of learning opportunities - Office politics surpass limits - Founders not willing to effectively invest for growth, instead pressurizing and overworking teams, 7 days of the week most of the times without leaves - Very little concern or empathy shown to employees especially during covid time durations...Read More
